Shopline is an e-commerce SaaS system, where users can use the product to build their own e-commerce websites. Consequently, we would encounter a wide variety of issues during this period, such as Google login, Google Analytics integration, system logic problems, and more. This is because users may not necessarily understand the system logic, and when they encounter an issue, they might not know exactly where the problem lies; they might just point out that something is not working. As a consultant, it's essential to guide the user step-by-step to pinpoint the error, and only then can the real issue be identified and the correct solution provided. Trust is crucial in a consultant's role. If you provide an incorrect solution to the user even once, they might lose confidence in your expertise. Thus, being meticulous and attentive to detail is a valuable lesson I've learned in this position
