For the end-of-term report for NKDA 22, I designed a program to attract alumni of the training program to return and participate in an event. We used the concept of returning home, and set up activities with the hope that the alumni could relive the joyous times of their past learning experiences. Ultimately, our plan was adopted and we successfully held the first 'Return Home' event

For the end-of-term report of Design For Taiwan, our goal was to solve the problem of colorblind individuals being unable to cook, through design thinking. After going through the complete design thinking process, I have gained a clearer understanding of product design and the techniques for setting target audience
Y21 User Demographic
After retrieving the necessary data through SQL, I conducted an annual user demographic analysis to find out what kind of people are attracted to each product. Based on the results, I assisted in formulating specialized enhancement plans across departments to improve their performance metrics
Case Study
I created a case study for Klook's existing products, using the logic pyramid to analyze the problems, and then developed solutions to address these issues. Lastly, I included methods for tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor the effectiveness of the solutions
